Who we are
This website is operated by Grayson Games (“we”, “us”, “our”), an independent video game studio based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or playing any of our games, including demos and early builds, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our games.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this website and our mailing list. Some features or future releases may carry their own age requirements, which we will make clear where they apply.
Your licence to use our games and site
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play our games and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from our games or site except where the law expressly permits.
Demos and early builds
Some games are offered as demos, prototypes or works in progress. These are provided “as is” and may change, break, lose saved progress or be withdrawn at any time. Features described on this site are in development and may differ from any final release.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or games for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt or overload them;
- cheat, exploit bugs maliciously, or interfere with other players’ experience in any multiplayer mode; or
- misuse our contact form or mailing list (for example to send spam or abusive content).
Content you send us
If you send us feedback, suggestions or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve our games and services. Please don’t send us anything you consider confidential or that you don’t have the right to share.
Intellectual property
All content in our games and on this site — including names, characters, teams, artwork, logos, code, music and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. All teams, players, characters and storylines in our games are fictional; any resemblance to real people, clubs or organisations is coincidental unless expressly stated.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party platforms — for example CrazyGames, where some of our games are hosted. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the site and our games available, but we don’t guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or any game, and we may revise these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Disclaimers and liability
Our website and games are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of saved game data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
